Frisco: Community Parade to offer cash prizes for best floats

The Frisco Community Parade is putting its money where it wants to see improvement n parade floats. The committee has announced that it is offering a $1,000 grand prize to the best school float, a $500 runner-up prize and a $250 prize for honorable mention. Schools winning for best entry in their specific division, elementary, middle school or high school, will be awarded trophies.
